Bio:Professor, the "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province. Postdoctoral at Southeast University, visiting scholar at overseas universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University, South Korea, and the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is the PI of  more than 10 provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. In recent years, more than 100 papers with an H-index of 24 have been published in journals such as IEEE · Transactionson · Automatic Control, IEEE Transactionson · Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has been severed as Editor-in-Cheif, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member of 12 international journals. He is also an active reviewer of over 80 domestic and international journals, including IEEE · TAC and Automatica, as well as the corresponding reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple provincial and municipal science and technology projects.

Bio:He received his Ph.D. degree in Navigation, Guidance and Control from Northeastern University in 2016. He is currently a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Associate Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Heilongjiang University. He is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association, a High-Level Talent of Heilongjiang Province, a recipient of the Heilongjiang Provincial Excellent Youth Fund, and a "Boxue Scholar" Young Professor at Heilongjiang University. He has previously conducted visiting research at the University of Victoria (Canada), Yeungnam University (South Korea), and Southeast University (China). His research interests primarily focus on fundamental theories of artificial intelligence, optimization and decision-making in swarm intelligence systems, and intelligent perception and security control of cyber-physical systems. As a principal investigator, he has led 15 scientific research projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program and Youth Program), the Special Funding of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Excellent Youth Fund, as well as 2 educational reform projects. He has published over 80 SCI-indexed papers, including 1 ESI Hot Paper and 3 ESI Highly Cited Papers. More than 20 of his papers have been published in IEEE Transactions series journals such as IEEE TAC, IEEE TCyb, IEEE TIE, and IEEE/ASME Tmech. His publications have received over 2,400 citations on Google Scholar and more than 1,500 SCI citations. He has also authored 2 English monographs published by Springer and 3 Chinese monographs.

He currently serves as a member of the Technical Committee on Control and Decision of Cyber-Physical Systems under the Chinese Association of Automation, a standing council member of the Heilongjiang Mathematical Society, and a standing council member of the Heilongjiang Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics. He received the Second Prize of the Heilongjiang Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award in 2024, the Outstanding Funding for Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars of Heilongjiang Province, the 12th and 13th "Undergraduate Teaching Quality Excellence Award" and the 6th "Undergraduate Teaching Quality Demonstration Award" of Heilongjiang University, and was recognized as an Outstanding Master's Thesis Advisor at Heilongjiang University from 2020 to 2025.
